Former Dockers Manager, Martin Ford, passes away.

Erith Town are sad to announce the passing of our former manager Martin Ford (far left).

Martin, along with his son Joe, came to The Dockers in February 2015 as joint managers with the club facing relegation from the Kent League Premier Division.

With a young side they pulled off a miraculous escape as, nine points adrift with three games remaining, they won all three to lift the club off of bottom spot.

Our thoughts are with Joe and also Martin’s wife Julia and daughter Lauren at this very sad time.
