Mackenzie Foley saves the day

Mackenzie Foley Departs The Dockers

Mackenzie FoleyErith Town FC can today confirm the departure of goalkeeper, Mackenzie Foley, who leaves the club after two years.

A fan favourite amongst The Dockers Faithful, Foley joined the club in July 2022 and went on to make 107 appearances between the posts for Erith Town.  He was a key figure last season in our historic Kent Senior Trophy final victory against Croydon FC, as well as the SCEFL Premier Division Play-Off Final and SCEFL Challenge Cup final wins, both against Corinthian FC, and with both games seeing Foley pull off crucial saves in penalty shoot-out wins.

Speaking of Foley’s departure, First Team manager, Adam Woodward said, “Mackenzie came into Erith Town after being at several clubs and quickly established himself as our number one.  We have had some wonderful moments in our recent history, which Mackenzie was a pivotal part of and we wish him the very best of luck as he continues his journey up the non-league pyramid.”

The club wishes Mackenzie Foley the best in his future, and he will always be welcome at Erith Town.
