Following an incredible 2023/24 season that saw him hit an astonishing 33 goals in 51 appearances, propelling The Dockers to wins in the SCEFL Challenge Cup, the Kent Senior Trophy and gaining promotion to step 4 through the SCEFL Premier Division Play-off Finals, Erith Town are enormously pleased to announce that James Dyer has put pen to paper on a new deal that sees him commit to The Dockers for the upcoming 2024/25 season in the Isthmian League South East.

Following his signing, Dockers’ manager, Adam Woodward said, “James has had a bit of a journey on his way to joining us here at Erith Town, but he’s shown that not only can he overcome the knocks but he’s more than capable of stepping up and being that big-game player. He scored some important goals for us last season at important times and I’m looking forward to seeing him do it all again at the next step up.”

Everyone here at Erith Town echoes those sentiments now that Dyer is a Docker for next season!
