Erith Town Continues to Promote Youth Players
We are delighted to announce the arrival of four of our youth players, who have all been promoted from the Under-18 and Under-23 ranks and have signed to be a part of the first team Isthmian South-East Division squad for the 2024/25 campaign.
Signing alongside Kent Youth League Under-18s Manager, Paul Allen and Under-23s Manager, Marc Petters our young Dockers, Reuben Lammie, Chris Loko, Jacob Connor and Sid Petters all put pen to paper and committed themselves to the first team squad for our Tier Four season.
Speaking of the new signings from the youth ranks, Erith Town First Team Manager, Adam Woodward said, “As a club we are immensely proud of our record of giving young players a chance in the non-league game, and these four members of our youth system have shown that they are ready to take the next steps in their footballing journeys. When you hear of The Dockers’ Pathway, this is exactly what it is, a clear vision and pathway that any youngster at our club can achieve their goal of playing first team football if they have the right dedication, mindset and ability to show they should be given the opportunity to represent this club. Not only are we delighted to welcome these four players into our set up for this season, but these lads are a fantastic example to show everyone who represents us in our young teams, from Under-7 all the way to Under-23s that this is the club and Pathway for you if want to grow and develop in the game.”
Erith Town FC would like to wish Reuben, Jacob, Chris and Sid the best of luck for the remainder of the season, and if you would like any information on our youth teams and The Dockers’ Pathway, please email youth@erithtown.com.
