Erith Town Appoint Vice Chairs
Erith Town Football Club are delighted to announce two new appointments to the club’s board and executive committee.
I am delighted that both Dean Lee and Marc Petters have accepted roles as Vice Chairs of the football club.
Dean has been with the club since it’s restart in 2017, he has supported Adam Woodward and the 1st team coaching set-up plus helping with the essential grounds maintenance and many, many unseen roles without a second thought.
Marc has been successfully running both the successful U18s in the FA Youth Cup run and also our U23s in the SCEFL Development League this season. Away from the club Marc was made a Trustee of the Tommy Crush Foundation last week, a charity which as a club we wholeheartedly support.
Just as important to the ethos of the club, Marc has been instrumental in linking up Erith Town with Oxleas NHS Trust in setting up a mental health football scheme. Last Saturday he started a Disability training scheme on the 3G at Sporting Club.
These are important roles with our continual growth as a club and both Dean and Marc reflect the ambition and the ethos of the club.
