Time to Talk Day with Mind in Bexley

Time-to-Talk Day

Saturday’s match celebrates Time to Talk Day and it’s the perfect opportunity to start a conversation about mental health and express how we really feel.

Talking about mental health isn’t always easy and sometimes it’s even harder to say how you really feel. But a conversation has the power to change lives. The more conversations we have, the better life is for everyone.

To coincide with Time to Talk Day, staff from Mind in Bexley will be at the Stanmore Stadium on Saturday to chat to fans and provide information. Please come along and say hello to them, they are here to help.

If you or friends/family are struggling and experiencing emotional or psychological distress, there is help available locally.

You can visit the Crisis Café run by Mind in Bexley and speak to one of their mental health workers. They can offer support, advice and signpost #you to a suitable service. It is a drop-in service and no appointment is needed.

The Crisis Café is open every day of the year from 6pm until 10pm, at 2a Devonshire Road, Bexleyheath, DA6 8DS. For more information, visit: mindinbexley.org.uk/crisis-cafe/
