Dockers announce first four signings for 2022/23 season

Erith Town are delighted to announce their first four signings for the 2022/23 season, and they are Tom Ash, Lenie Barnes, Joe Chalker and Ronnie McLean.

All four have graduated from the Erith Town Academy and all four made first team appearances last season, with Tom Ash going on to win both Player of the Year and Players Player of the Year awards. All four were also integral to the U18s excellent 2021/22 FA Youth Cup run.

Dockers Manager Adam Woodward said “These graduates have earned this opportunity and all have the right attitude to push on further in the game. We hope they continue to progress and bring us some silverware in the future.”

“They all realise that the hardwork starts in pre-season, and our hope is that these signings send a clear signal to all the young players within our U23s, Academy and Youth section that the Dockers Pathway is a reality and not just a hashtag.”
