Another Dockers Community Partner – Woolwich Poly for Boys
Erith Town Football Club may have had great success on the pitch in recent memory, but the club’s community work off the field growth continues at a fantastic pace, and we are thrilled to announce another local school in our Community Partner Scheme, Woolwich Polytechnic School for Boys. The Community Partnership will see Club Memberships sent to the school to enable free entry to all home league game for pupils, as well as arranging community day fixtures for the school next season.
Speaking of the brand-new partnership, Head of Youth & Community, Michael Avery said, “After partnering with their sister school, Woolwich Polytechnic School for Girls last season, we have been really keen to establish a partnership with Woolwich Polytechnic School for Boys and offer even more opportunities to those in the local area around the Stanmore Stadium. As a club, we cannot wait to take part in the Isthmian South-East Division for the very first time next season, and we want as many people from the local community as possible to be a part of our journey and experience more memorable moments at Bayliss Avenue. We have some fantastic plans for next season on a match day, and being able to welcome Woolwich Polytechnic School for Boys in both a football and community aspect is something we are delighted to be a part of.”
